There are a few reasons why you might see an “Invalid URL” message when entering your store’s URL into Setary:

  1. Double-check the URL is correct!
  2. Make sure the URL is that of your main WordPress install, not a subpage like “/shop/”.
  3. Some hosts block access to the API from external IP addresses (Securi is one of them). You can contact them and ask them to whitelist the following IP address:
