There’s a few reasons why you might see an “Invalid URL” message when entering your store’s URL into Setary:
- Double check the URL is correct!
- Make sure the URL is that of your main WordPress install, not a subpage like “/shop/”.
- Some hosts block access to the API from external IP addresses (Securi is one of them). You can contact them and ask them to whitelist the following IP addresses: 220.127.116.11, 18.104.22.168
